NYC: 10 Lovely Brunch Spots

New York City is undeniably a treasure trove of cute brunch spots. Modern, chic places to eat have been the trend for some time now. Key elements for a successful restaurant include creative menus, charming decor, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors. Being a passionate food enthusiast, I have a selection of favorite spots that I adore. Here is my list for 10 lovely brunch spots in NYC.

Epistrophy

Epistrophy is a cozy café in SoHo. It's a cute spot for a casual brunch. I love the atmosphere of this place. It's decorated like a living room with rustic decor, adding a vintage touch, and feels extra welcoming. Here you can find a variety of brunch stables on the menu, including eggs benedict, avocado toast, and pancakes.

This café has a warm and laid-back ambiance and is paired with a gorgeous flower shop. It’s designed to be a comfortable and inviting space for people to relax. The coffee and food here are both excellent. In addition, the menu features breakfast options available all day and nutritious lunch choices. My personal favorite is the Summer Monk Bowl at this café.

Davelle

Davelle is a cozy café featuring Japanese comfort food and their signature toasts. These toasts have been all over Instagram. They are both picturesque and tasty. The menu offers a variety of sweet and savory options, along with drinks featuring traditional Japanese flavors. The café's bright and clean ambiance makes it a favorite spot for many locals in the neighborhood.

Cafe Alula

Cafe Alula, located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, is a charming oasis with a warm and inviting ambiance. One of my favorite parts is its lush backyard, a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle. It is perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends over coffee.

Outro

Are you a fan of a hearty brunch, good coffee, and a bright space? If so, definitely check out Outro. It is a cozy, clean, spacious spot near Union Square. They have so many options on the menu. I am obsessed with how colorful the food is here. The color combinations are so visually pleasing, and the little floral elements on top of it make me even happier. Some may think this is a "eat it for the gram" place, but no. The waffles here, both sweet and savory, are amazing. My favorite one is the avocado salmon waffle. It is always beautifully plated and freshly made. The soft, fluffy waffle just makes my day. I found Outro has one of the most reasonable prices as a decent brunch place in NYC. Each dish is super filling.

Good Thanks NYC

Australian cafes are certainly in trend now. Good Thanks NYC is one of the best. I adore the modern, clean decoration there, and they certainly have a good breakfast that will start the day. The Blue Bowl is so cute, filled with fruits and granola, and tastes just as good as it looks. I am a huge smoothie fan. This bowl is literally everything I want. The Poached Eggs on Toast is another star. Let the golden yolk soak up the toast, oh god, what could be better? There are so many things I love about this little spot. The staff is friendly and chill. This good vibe here makes me want to come back all the time!
